Volume Discount

For all products we offer a volume discount. Orders of 10 or more receive a 10% discount.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisified with your purchase. If you find yourself unsatisfied with the product feel free to contact us at support@devenius.com within 30 days of your order date and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Updates and Service Packs

We'd like to think our products are going to work 100% of the time without errors right out of the box. However, we know this just isn't true when it comes to software. All updates and fixes come included when you purchase one of our products. We don't require a seperate maintenance fee (typically 20% annually) for you to expect a quality product.

Product Upgrades

If you have already purchased a product from Devenius, a product upgrade charge will apply.

Technical Assistance

To get answers to common questions with our products please access the Devenius Forum. Here you will find FAQ, tutorials and updates regarding all of our products. If you are still unable to find the answers you are looking for please send an email to support@Devenius.com and include as much detail as possible when describing your issue. We will respond within 24 hours to your request.
